Development issues are at the heart of meetings between the ACP countries and the European Union. Taking care of disabled, economic partnership agreements, the turmoil in Chad and Kenya and regional cooperation in Africa were discussed in Ljubljana during the 15th meeting of representatives for countries in Africa, the Caribbean and the Pacific (ACP) and the European Union.
